Preschool Enrollment Timeline
Early November - Early Enrollment Begins
Registration begins for families of children who are presently enrolled in Sunny Hill, families of alumni and families who are members of the Sudbury United Methodist Church. Enrollment forms must be returned by the specified date to ensure your child’s preferential placement in our program. Applications are generally considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The school may use a lottery to determine the order of enrollment, if warranted by the volume of applications received in a single day.
Late November - Start of Rolling Enrollment
Rolling enrollment begins and continues for families outside our Sunny Hill Community who are interested in our preschool. We will schedule times for these families to tour our school and submit an application for enrollment .
Late December - Notification of Program Placements
Families will be notified by winter break of their child’s program placement for the school year. Families who do not receive their firstchoice will be waitlisted and placed in their next available choice. Programs are filled from the waitlist on a rolling basis as spaces become available.
January 15th of each year - Enrollment Confirmations Due
Enrollment confirmation forms and tuition deposits are due.
April 1st of each year - End of Tuition Refunds
Tuition refunds will be given to parents who give written notice they are withdrawing their child on or before April 1st of each year. Refunds of tuition deposits for children who are withdrawn after April 1st of each year will be determined on a case by case basis by the Sunny Hill Committee.
